Legal Information

Sourcing Office is a Council of Governments organized under Section 167 of the Ohio Revised Code and is a 501 (c)(3) not-for-profit.  Sourcing Office creates and manages group purchasing programs for local governments, school districts, not-for-profit, and for-profit entities.  Sourcing Office publicly procures all contracts in accordance with applicable public sector guidelines to ensure participants are in full compliance with all public procurement laws.
